Governor Justice has hunted and fished all his life and strongly supports the Second Amendment. In the Senate, Justice will fight the radical left’s attacks on our Constitutional right to bear arms. 

Governor Justice believes it is a God-given right that West Virginians can protect themselves, which is why he was proud to sign the Campus Self-Defense Act into law, allowing law-abiding West Virginians to defend themselves on our college campuses. 

More gun control and confiscation are not the answers. In the Senate, Jim Justice will fight to preserve our rights and work to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and the mentally ill. We need more resources for law enforcement, mental health services, and prisons to ensure irredeemable, violent criminals stay behind bars.
