As Governor, Jim Justice has worked to ensure seniors living on fixed incomes have more money in their pockets.  From cutting taxes on military retirement and Social Security benefits to increasing benefits for retired teachers, school service personnel, and public servants, Jim Justice has worked to ease the burden of inflation and rising prices on West Virginia’s seniors.

In the Senate, Jim Justice will defend the Social Security benefits seniors have earned and protect Medicare.  Jim Justice will work to stop the reckless spending and ensure that these critical programs remain solvent for seniors at or near retirement and future generations.
