Governor Jim Justice has created jobs, grew the economy, and brought new businesses and industry to West Virginia

Charleston, W.Va. – The West Virginia Business & Industry Council, representing 60 West Virginia trade associations and businesses and representing more than 395,000 West Virginia workers across 26 separate industries, has endorsed Governor Jim Justice in the Republican Primary for the U.S. Senate in West Virginia.

“Our members believe you share our goal of improving West Virginia’s business climate and growing our job base. We are encouraging the state’s business community to support your candidacy,” said Bridget Lambert, Chairwoman of the West Virginia Business and Industry Council.

Governor Justice welcomed the endorsement, saying, “During my time as Governor, we’ve created thousands of jobs, attracted new business after new business, and expanded industries. I know how to create jobs, and West Virginia is on fire. I look forward to working in Washington to bring more jobs, more economic growth, and goodness to our people.”

The West Virginia Business & Industry Council (WVBIC) focuses on improving the state’s economic and political conditions to maximize opportunity in the Mountain State. WVBIC is at the forefront of every major job creation and business reform taken up or enacted in West Virginia. It is one of the largest business and industry trade associations in West Virginia.

In addition to the West Virginia Business & Industry Council, Governor Jim Justice is the only Donald Trump-endorsed America First conservative Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate in West Virginia. 

Governor Jim Justice is also endorsed by West Virginians for Life, the West Virginia Coal Association, the West Virginia Manufacturers Association, and the West Virginia Sheriffs’ Association. He is the ONLY candidate to receive an NRA A+ rating, the highest rating possible of any candidate, in the Republican Primary for the U.S. Senate in West Virginia.
